What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons of any kind, dangerous objects, selfie poles, steal toe boots, chains or any other items deemed hazardous by security. Additional items may be added upon an artist’s request.
Please see dress code for prohibited apparel.
Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.
Marijuana consumption and possession within Cabana will follow the legal guidelines set out by the Canadian Federal Government. These guidelines are as follows: You must be 19 years or older to consume, patrons can carry up to the legal amount and can bring the legal amount inside the venue but can only smoke it in the designated outdoor smoking areas. Do not drive under the influence of cannabis and please consume responsibly.

What is the dress code?
Sophisticated and casual beach attire.
- No Jeans, sweat pants, tracksuits or basketball shorts.
- No offensive prints, aggressive wear
- No Gang Colours or Gang Apparel
- No face masks
- No Kandi beads
- No tank tops
*Dress code enforcement is at the discretion of the door staff
Can I bring a professional camera (DSLR)?
DSLRs are not allowed on site unless approved by Cabana / INK Entertainment Staff.

What happens in the event of rain?
Cabana is fully operational unless there are severe storm warnings.

Acceptable payment methods?
Are there lifeguards on site?
Yes, trained life guards are on premise during pool operation hours.
Is parking available?
Regular vehicle parking is available at a standard rate of $30 (subject to change for special events).
Is Boat Docking available?
Yes, boats are able to dock at Cabana. Docking space is available on a first come first serve basis. All guests aboard boats are required to either present valid event tickets or pay regular venue entry rates once they depart their boat.
Are water bottles or other food items allowed?
No outside food or beverage is permitted.
What is the minimum age requirement for access? Are children allowed entry?
How can I contact lost and found?
Lost and Found items can be picked up Monday-Friday 10am-6pm at 13 Polson Street, Toronto, ON, M5A1A4.
Recovered property is held for 30 days only; after that, it will be removed from the listing and no longer retained.

What type of items are available at the Cabana tuck shop?
Items such as towels, bathing suits, Cabana apparel, sun tan lotion and everything you would need for a day out in the sun.
Once I am on site, what amenities are available?
We invite you to enjoy a day at Cabana and make use of our additional amenities such as the pool, foosball, ping pong, DJ’s, dancing, and a fully licensed restaurant.
Are change rooms available?
Yes.
Are there showers?
Are lockers and safes available to store my belongings?
Lockers are available for rent for personal belongings. Please note that Cabana is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Are towels available for purchase or rent? May I bring my own towel?
Personal towels are not permitted. New towels are available for purchase at $35. Fresh, clean towels are available for rent at $5 each (+ $15 cash deposit).
